A big deal. A second person would just make it go quicker. A helping hand was needed to put the safety net poles up. Took about 3 hours from opening boxes to jumping when it was done. The ladder assembly was missing a couple screws so the ladder was just hanging because I needed 2 more screws to assemble the rest of it to make it long enough to reach the ground. I contacted TRIPLETREE and Jay got back to me pretty quickly with a solution. They ended up sending me a whole new ladder with the right amount of screws! I contacted them initially on a Tuesday and by Friday I had already gotten the new ladder. Everything is perfect! I’d recommend this trampoline. The 16 foot is a great size!

Very study, came with everything and clear instructions. My kids love it and adults can definitely jump with them too. Plenty of room on this. We even had some small hail and 60+mph winds and no damage to it at all. We did make our own large ground stakes to pound into the bottom of the legs to keep it from blowing away as we live in a state that has a lot of wind and storms that often have strong winds and microbursts. Will be taking down for winter, but the set up was not hard at all so not an issue.

We purchased this for our 11 year old son and he loves it! It holds enough weight so he won't outgrow it quickly. It took 2 adults about 3 hours to assemble. Two years later and still very happy with this purchase! Our son and his friends have grown alot but can still jump! The customer service is the best! Would definitely recommend to friends.

The first impression I got from this trampoline when it arrived was pretty good. It comes in only one big box. Pretty well and nice packed. The box was a little heavy, we needed a team work to move it. My husband and my son took it inside to be able to open it

My kids have had a blast jumping on this trampoline. I like that it's sturdy and a little lower to the ground than other trampolines we looked at, our kids are little so it's way easier for them to get in and out.

If you ask my kids, they were beyond excited to finally have a trampoline. The 10 foot size is perfect for our smaller area of backyard. This trampoline has been keeping my kids active for their recess time during their remote home schooling.

This is a heavy, well made trampoline, had not been able to set it because of the virus going around but is definitely something the whole family will enjoy. Overall the trampoline is well built & should hold for many years to come. I will most likely take it down for the winter and colder months to help prolong the life.

I bought a trampoline a few months ago and I am just comparing. First this one is 14ft vs my 10ft one. My nephews and nieces came to play with my daughter on our 10ft trampoline and they had a blast. I am looking to buy a trampoline for my nephews as a gift for the holidays. I found this new model that has better materials it seems. Thicker bars sturdier materials. 14ft size means they can all play together. It also has a basketball hoop which they would love! Cant wait to see their faces when we surprise them with this on their backyard! For people looking to buy, this is the one, coming from someone who already owns one. You want the thicker materials for support, and wider space. This would be great for the holidays as a gift for your kids. I will definitely buy this next holiday for my big family!

It's a high quality and sturdy trampoline. The size is big enough for several kids to use safely at once and my whole family loves it. It took about 2 hours to assemble but directions were clear and it went together easy. It comes in two boxes and it's heavy so you definitely two people to assemble it.
